I've been using supplements since I was about 14 years old. This was around the late 1970's and there were maybe two supplements around at that time, both "mass builders" for bodybuilding (likely potato starch and sugar. Carb load anyone? Bloating? Gas?). I've been closely involved with the supplement industry since then, both as a consumer and as a prescriber, and have witnessed the benefits as well as the dishonesty within the industry. It's very likely that I have wasted enough money on worthless supplements to put one of my kids through college. As such, I'm very particular now about the supplements I personally take and that I prescribe for my patients. Not only do I screen the companies I use, but I investigate their products to make sure they follow research and produce the best supplements possible. Below are some of my favorites. Silvercillin

When I was first educated about colloidal silver being an antimicrobial I was doubtful. Then I read the research and recalled that they most common dressing we used in wound care was a dressing impregnated with silver. Basically, silver kills bad bugs. I hold a teaspoon under my tongue every morning and ramp it up if I'm feeling sick.
